This is a live, guided mental/emotional decompression session for men 18 and older.
Every Thursday, 1:00 PM Central, 60 minutes on Zoom. No cost.
This is NOT a webinar, sales letter, podcast pitch, TED talk, free training, masterclass, mastermind, drum circle, trust fall, lunch & learn, team building, synergy workshop, personality test, astrology reading, timeshare presentation, crypto opportunity, MLM, sermon, or cult.
Put it in your calendar as "Strategic Planning." We'll never tell.
So... You've had quite a week.
You did so good over the weekend. Then the Sunday scaries hit around three in the afternoon.
Monday you showed up bright-eyed anyway, throwing back that grande something-something double shot.
Then the email came.
The thing you thought got done didn't get done. Your boss or the client's in town this week. You're going to have to let people go, or hire new people, and neither one sits easy. Jim from accounting said that thing in the lunchroom, and it didn't sit well. Dammit, Jim.
A hundred other scenes like that. The Office sitcom built nine seasons on them. Dilbert built a cartoon series around them. Fight Club built a basement on them. Every show that ever poked fun at the corporate game is poking fun at your Tuesday.
Or maybe your partner said they want to throw in the towel. That wave of feeling 'not enough' stings since you've martyred yourself to make them happy. Maybe Mom called and said that one thing only a mother can say. Thirty seconds on the phone, and you're twelve years old again.
All of it creates compression.
By Thursday, you're just trying to make it one more day.
There's a name for this now. HR people call it quiet cracking: you keep showing up, performing, producing, and smiling in the meetings, while something underneath quietly runs on empty.
The check engine light is on. You've just gotten really good at driving with it.
The Objective: RELIEF
Decompression Thursdays has one objective: relief.
Since emotion is energy in motion, it's supposed to move. It rises, peaks, and completes.
When it doesn't complete, it gets stuck. It shows up as looping, distracting negative thoughts or a bowling ball in your chest you've been carrying since Monday, or since 2019.
Mechanics have a name for this, it's called parasitic draw. It's when something in your car keeps pulling power from the battery even with the engine off. You don't see it, you just wake up to a dead battery.
That's what unfinished frustration, pressure, grief, anger, and other things do to you. Always on, quietly draining. They end up distracting you and affecting how you operate and function.
Once a week, we pull the plug on the draw. Think of it as a weekly pressure release valve. Without one, something eventually blows.
What this is
This is an active, guided, mental and emotional decompression session designed specifically for men. It requires full participation. This is a place to work side by side with others doing the same work.
I lead, you follow along. You lift, I spot. You do the work on your own thing, privately on paper, alongside others doing the same. We don't talk it out as a group. I don't teach or pontificate about mindset or philosophy. We simply move what's eating at you.
After the process at the end of the hour, I'll take 10 minutes to answer questions about what we just did. Stay on if you want. If you got something out of the session, I'll ask for your feedback but its not required.
If that aligns with you, great. If not, all good. Respect.
How it Works
What this isn't
This isn't a sharing circle. No one is put on the spot. This isn't commiseration disguised as a men's group. This is not religious outreach (you don't need saving).
This is definitely not a "fuck your feelings" red-pill, 'passport bro' manosphere rant group.
I believe we've had enough of those already.

Reviews
"I enjoyed working with Brandon because he has a gentle relentlessness where he has a gift of making me feel 100% at ease and I know I could have told him the most outrageous thing and it would have been OK. It would serve you well to book some time with him."
JOHN
"Since he and I had our session, there's a layer of anger and cringe that's gone. I've had an extremely productive week. And then I know that time will tell how these changes will manifest going forward, as this was a deep belief about my interactions in the working world."
BRYAN
"It’s been a few days since my session with Brandon and he truly left me with lasting changes. The idea was to create a safe environment, close your eyes and travel deep into the area of yourself that was wounded and slowly build towards a place of healing."
NOAH
"It was really amazing. I wanted to wait a couple of days to see if that belief about myself we worked during the session would stick. My logical brain couldn’t accept the fact that you can change your belief so fast. I must say it was a pleasant and unique experience. Thank you, Brandon, from the bottom of my heart."
ANNA
"The day prior to our session, I had a complete breakdown - uncontrollable spurts of DEEPLY painful emotions had me not functioning. During the process I was streaming tears - first from the emotional pain, then from the beautiful euphoria he helped guide me into. All within the span of 25 minutes."
CHRISTI
"Brandon held a clear, easy, grounded space for me to move through the process. When I came to a vulnerable space, Brandon held a safe space for me to shift and transmute the energies and beliefs tied to my past. I feel liberated! The emotional charge was cleared, I feel more at peace."

Frequently Asked Questions
No. This is a form of transmutational psychology: taking one thing and turning it into another. Pressure into clarity, anger into agency, frustration into focus. The process works directly with the images, thoughts, emotions and body sensations attached to a person, situation or problem so that the charge comes off it without you having to relive or retell the story. It's not a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you're already in therapy, this is a useful complement to it.
No. The work itself is individual, and what you write stays on your paper. At the end, you'll briefly pair up with another person to answer a few integration questions, such as what you learned, what was valuable, and what feels more possible now. Not the story, not the details. Nobody gets put on the spot in front of the group.
Good. That's the energy moving, which is the whole point. Some guys feel a wave of anger, some tear up, some just feel heavy for a minute before it lifts. Your mic is off and your camera is your call, so nobody's watching you have a moment. Stay with it and keep following the steps. If it ever feels like more than you want to handle, open your eyes, take a breath, and step back. You're always in charge of how deep you go.
Absolutely. Just find a private spot where nobody will interrupt you: your office with the door closed, your home office, or your car (parked, not driving). Skip the coffee shop unless you can find a quiet corner. Phone on silent, notifications off.
Yes. I've worked with both men and women over the years, and the process works for everyone. For Decompression Thursdays, I made a deliberate choice: this room is for men, 18 and older because most men were never given a place to put down what they're carrying without being judged, fixed, or told to man up. A room of men doing the same work, side by side, changes that. Nobody's here to perform. You can put down your armor because every man on the call has agreed to put down his too, myself included.
Yes. The more the merrier. Just send them the link to this page to sign up.
No. Camera on is encouraged, never required.
No catch, no cost to attend, and come as many Thursdays as you like. Right now I'm shaping this live, seeing how it lands, and what men need from it, before it becomes anything else. Eventually it may become a small monthly membership. For now, you get the work at no cost, and I get your honest feedback. Fair trade.
No. There's no presentation, no hour-long pitch. This is a service. At the end, I will stay on to answer questions about the process for 15 minutes.
No. With permission, I may record the ending of the sessions for getting attendee feedback. Nothing is ever recorded without consent or shared without permission.
No. We do the process first so that you experience the results in real time. There's a brief explanation at the end about what we did if you want to stick around.
No problem. I've never seen this NOT work when someone invests in it. It may hit harder for someone else, and may take a few layers to get to the root. You likely won't solve everything in one session, but if you commit to the process, you will experience relief on some level. This is individual work with yourself, There are no grades, comparisons, or scorekeeping.
A pad of paper and pen, and a willingness to be present with yourself for an hour. Bring that thing that's been eating at you this week, something that feels stuck. The thing that has you saying "I need to decompress from this."
Ask away. Reach out at undomesticated.info/contact. Or use the signup form below to ask beforehand. I'm glad to answer any questions before or after the live sessions.
My Promise to You
I have a 100% track record with every person who's shown up committed to this process.
If you show up, bring your full attention, and follow my lead, you'll feel some level of relief. Maybe not from everything, and not all at once because the stuff we carry can have layers.
If it works for you, share it with another man who might benefit from it. Come back next Thursday if you like. If it doesn't work for you, no hard feelings.
You'll feel it or you won't. Either is ok.
